Picodev stands out for its innovative spirit and determination to tackle technological challenges to meet the specific needs of its clients. Our recent creation, the Zigbee bridge, offers a complete solution for remotely accessing industrial devices traditionally controlled by wired interface (4-20mA). The choice of Zigbee allows for meshing a fault-resistant network that can cover a large area.

Our bridge, designed in collaboration with our clients, enables remote measurement of values transmitted by standard industrial sensors. Its ultra-compact dimensions and IP57-resistant coating allow for very wide usage.

For scenarios where a gateway is not available but replacement of the wired connection is necessary, a transparent version between 2 bridges has been developed.

A scalable solution

The architecture chosen for this prototype allows for numerous evolutions and adaptations based on needs: - use of different measurement interfaces (PT100/PT1000, Modbus RTU, dry contacts, CAN bus...), - new network interfaces (Matter, BLE, RS232, Ethernet, LoRa, 4/5G)
